NDAs or Non-Disclosure Agreements are written agreements between two parties that protect information disclosed between those two entities or people. This confidential information is usually clearly defined in the agreement and may involve trade secrets, sales, technical documentation, research results, marketing strategy, business contacts, inventions and other sensitive information that are suitable to be kept between the people involved. NDAs are made to protect information from being shared or disclosed to the public.
