Mindfulness, simply said, means paying full attention to the present moment and to what’s happening inside oneself and his surroundings nonjudgmentally.
It can be developed through meditation.
Achieving mindfulness is pretty straightforward. One has to pay attention to his thoughts and feelings without judging them meaning to not believe that there is a right or wrong way of feeling and thinking in a given moment.« Back to Glossary Index
