Light

Choosing light over darkness can be one of the most difficult things a human being goes through. In the words of Marianne Williamson: “It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”⁠.

This painting explores this dilema and shows the artist’s interpretation of light over darkness. He believes that even though you can give into darkness, you will eventually reach a crossroad and be given a choice; and that every human being is capable of choosing light and can lead them to tremendous beauty of any form, liberation and unimaginable power and success in life.

Light, painted with acrylics on a canvas of size 33x41cm demonstrates what happens when that choice is made.
