"Not knowing what's going on with your life can be challenging and it's when your faith in "the journey" gets truly questioned. Going through what I have been going through in the past few weeks, I feel like I had partially fallen into oblivion, disappeared from the spotlight and closed myself to certain opportunities as I had to deal with some personal shit. Life isn't exactly a straight line for some. I have had a great year as an artist in 2021, but in 2022, I'm struggling to follow up on the previous building blocks that I had put in place, I have been missing motivation to expose myself, I have had a hard time creating and pushing myself to keep the course straight towards what I want, it's been painful to create. Even though I'm extremely happy when I do so, it takes me days or weeks to make a move these days. But hope and passion never die as they say. This painting, Oblivion, took me almost a month to create and is how I would summarise the last few weeks/months.⁠ By the way, happy Earth Day, it's tree planting time!⁠". #Miroslavo⁠
