Nice moment of altruism at the Rotary Club Sant Cugat del Vallès Rotary Club Cerdanyola event, which aimed to raise funds for the eradication of polio.
I donated one of my bright green paintings that radiates joy and freedom, echoing the feelings we often experience in nature. The piece was created after attending a Calçotada, a traditional Catalan festivity, and Sant Cugat felt like the perfect place to donate it.
I was joined by Jaume Martin Puchol (former Consul of the Czech Republic) and Tamara Precek (interpreter and singer), along with many others I’ve met during my time in Barcelona, as well as new and inspiring people.
The painting remains available for purchase to support this cause until 27 October.
