Who we are
Miroslavo (Miroslav Stibůrek) operates Miroslavo.com with studios in Barcelona, Spain, and Prague, Czech Republic. Contact: hola@miroslavo.com.
Data we collect
Inquiry forms (name, email, country, message, artwork interest), newsletter emails, purchase emails and shipping details via Stripe, and standard analytics (pages viewed, device). We do not sell personal data.
Why we process data
To answer collector inquiries, fulfil print and deposit orders, send requested Collector List updates, improve the site, and meet legal obligations.
Processors
Hosting/CDN (Vercel), payments (Stripe), analytics (Google Analytics 4 when enabled), and email/webhook tools you configure. WordPress CMS traffic is being retired in favour of Growth OS.
Retention
Inquiry and collector CRM records are kept while a collector relationship is active and for a reasonable archival period afterwards. Orders are retained for accounting. You may request deletion subject to legal retention duties.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction. Email hola@miroslavo.com. EU/EEA users may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
