I have made a few murals in my life, but never had I swung for a public street wall with sprays, which is usually known to be prohibited, and when you do so, you must do so with urgency and without permission.
While the legality of street murals usually circles somewhere in the grey area, I decided to take my shot and mark my peaceful arrival in the streets of Barcelona with a public art stunt, which I have made in the Pedralbes neighbourhood.

On a quiet Sunday afternoon, I set out to this secluded spot in this quiet neighbourhood. To my surprise, I was given one of the best three hours of my life. Uninterrupted. Unruled. Quiet. Painting. Nature. A Wall. And I’m grateful for this opportunity, to be able to claim my creative freedom and independence in such a radical style.
BUILDING A LIFE… brick by brick.
This phrase is more than just a metaphor—it’s a declaration. A reflection of the commitment, persistence, and intention I’ve poured into my creative practice over the past decade. Each brushstroke, each decision, each risk has been like laying down a brick. Slowly, deliberately, I’ve been constructing not just a body of work, but a life—on my own terms.
This mural is a tribute to that process. It speaks to the quiet discipline behind creation, to the invisible hours behind every visible act. But more than that, it mirrors the human experience—because we all, in our own way, are builders. Whether of a career, a dream, a family, or an identity, we’re constantly shaping something out of nothing.
