Yesterday I had the honor of giving my testimony at the Czech-Slovak Networking Event in Barcelona, organized by the Ajuntament de Barcelona and the Cámara de Comercio Hispano-Checa. Speaking as Host Ambassador of the Barcelona International Community Day in 2024, I shared the realities of the artistic journey — its solitude, struggles, but also the hope and community that keep us afloat. Also, my video made by the city council team was shared.
I spoke about how my perception of the Ajuntament has changed through their professionalism and support, and I highlighted the importance of connection, community and support that has been the key to my success in Barcelona.
It was an integrative moment where art, community, and institutions came together — and I was humbled to be mentioned throughout the evening by the city council, consuls, the Chamber, and colleagues.
