Mask starts off very innocently with colours resembling flame in the bottom left corner, igniting the start of the scene. It’s after completing that part is when the real drama starts to develop.
The artist continues with the painting, making a move after move, desperately trying to find himself and his ability to make art. It’s only there deep down he finds what he was looking for and starts to work towards making a piece worth being exposed.
We may argue that this painting shows us the possibility of a human to recover from its mistakes and make something great out of them.
