Florush Tootbrush (concept)

This design concept was created and inspired by falling water down a typical toothbrush and the cheerfulness of a twist ice-cream. I wanted to design a toothbrush that is playful, pleasant, fun to use and provides the user with personalisation and function. I couldn’t find a toothbrush which would give me that, so I decided to look into the current market and look for a solution.

The body of the toothbrush can be created from stained mahogany wood or plastic, finished at one end by a coloured sculpture made of acrylic glass resembling the flow of water and twist ice-cream. It can be unscrewed and changed for a different colour. It also hides an interdental brush that can be easily replaced by unscrewing; the transparent plastic cover over it is fixated by sliding that onto a piece of material that exceeds the main screw. At the other end is the part with the bristles.
